Even if you aren't in the market for a baby name, this website has some really cool features. I especially like the Name Voyager. Even David thought that was pretty cool...
Baby Name Wizard
Oh, and perhaps you are all dying to know that I am making progress on the name issue. I went through Babynamer and came up with some lists of names I liked. Then David went through and marked the ones he liked. I feel like I have a girl name fairly solidly picked out, but the boy's name is not quite as solid. If this baby is 9 days late, though, it will be born on Darwin's 200th birthday. So that is yet another consideration... ;o) (Not for a first name, though. In theory I think Darwin is an awesome name, but the "geek factor" is a teeny bit too high.)

You make me laugh ;) Naming a baby is so tricky!!! And then you add the factor that your husband has to like it too! I love the name Oscar, but Marc's dog when he was a kid was named that so it is out for us. So sad!
Ha ha! Yeah, you have to be sure not to use up your good kid names on pets. I had a friend whose favorite name was Tessa. She named her dog that (at a time she didn't think she'd probably have kids) and then was kind of bummed to have to come up with a #2 choice for her daughter.
I actually really like the name Lucy and considered it seriously for this baby, but it hasn't really seemed like the right fit (maybe wrong gender?) and plus it's gotten a bit too high on the popular meter for my comfort level. I still think it's a fabulous name, though. I might have to use it for a dog someday.... ;o)
And lots of people have told me they had dogs or knew of dogs named Mindy. In 2nd grade, the zoo people brought a spider monkey named Mindy to my class and I thought it was AWESOME! My friend Dean also named one of his rats Mindy, after me, since I introduced him to rats as pets and he brought it home on my birthday. I was honored!
You could always go with a middle name of Charles, you know, if it's a boy, and he's born on Darwin's b-day.
That is true, Minnow. He does have more names than just Darwin. I guess his middle name is Robert. Not much more neutral than that. But I must confess to liking the "controversy" (at least in LDS country) that would come with Darwin.... Charles could be anybody.
